Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant for an FP\&A role with strong exposure to MIS, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business partnering across cross\-functional departments. The candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, management reporting, and strategic decision\-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports
- Conduct variance analysis for actuals vs budget/forecast and provide actionable insights
- Develop financial models to support strategic and operational decisions
- Monitor business KPIs, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives
MIS \& Reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports for management review
- Design and maintain dashboards and management reporting frameworks
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across functions
- Automate MIS and reporting processes to improve efficiency
Business Partnering
- Partner with business and functional teams to support financial decision\-making
- Collaborate with cross\-department functions including Sales, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Supply Chain
- Provide commercial and financial insights to improve business performance
- Support department heads in planning, budgeting, and tracking functional KPIs
Cross\-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with multiple departments for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Drive alignment between finance and operational teams
- Support management in strategic initiatives and process improvements
Required Skills
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, planning, and MIS reporting
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau preferred
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capability
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA with relevant FP\&A/MIS experience
- Experience in corporate finance or commercial finance roles
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset
Pay: ₹90,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
