The candidate will take complete charge of the Accounts \& Finance Function of the company and lead an existing team of 10 accountants.
\* Lead \& manage accounting and finance operations
\* Supervise and guide the accounts team
\* Ensure accurate financial reporting \& MIS
\* Handle GST, TDS, audits \& statutory compliance
\* Manage budgeting, costing \& financial planning
\* Coordinate with management and external stakeholders
\* Ensure strong financial controls \& process improvements
\* Oversee SAP/ERP\-based accounting \& reporting systems
\* Manufacturing industry experience preferred
\* Strong exposure in accounts, finance \& compliance
\* Team handling \& leadership experience mandatory
\* Excellent communication \& decision\-making skills
