• *Budgeting, Forecasting \& Strategic Finance**

• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in alignment with company goals.
• Perform variance analysis and provide business insights to leadership.

· Support business planning, fundraising, investor reporting, and strategic financial decisions

· **Audit, Controls \& Risk Management**

• Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory and statutory reporting.

• *Team Leadership \& Development**

• Lead, mentor, and upskill a high\-performing accounts team.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accuracy, and financial discipline.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
