Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Chartered Accountant** to join our Finance \& Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Audit, Compliance, and Financial Controls**. Preference will be given to candidates from **Rajasthan** who are willing to relocate to Gandhidham.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end Financial Accounting and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure timely finalization of accounts and statutory financial reporting.
• Handle Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate and manage Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.
• Support management with financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision\-making.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Reporting.
• Excellent understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in financial closing, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Qualification:** Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of post\-qualification experience in Financial Accounting.
• Candidates with experience in large organizations or the Logistics, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Service industry will be preferred.
• **Preference:** Candidates from **Rajasthan**.
• Willingness to relocate to **Gandhidham, Gujarat**.
