Chartered Accountant – Tax Litigation

We are looking for a **Qualified/Semi\-Qualified CA** with experience in **Income Tax assessments and litigation**.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle Income Tax scrutiny and assessments.
• Handle **Search \& Seizure and Survey** matters.
• Draft replies, submissions, appeals, grounds of appeal, and rejoinders.
• Represent clients before **CIT(A) and ITAT**.
• Conduct research on Income Tax laws, case laws, CBDT circulars, and judicial rulings.
• Manage Income Tax portal filings, documentation, and case records.

• *Requirements:**

• Qualified/Semi\-Qualified **CA**.
• 1–2 years of relevant **Income Tax litigation \& assessment** experience.
• **Hands\-on experience in Search \& Seizure and appellate matters is mandatory.**
• Strong drafting, analytical, research, and client\-handling skills.

• *Salary:** As per experience \& skills

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
