Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in the E\-commerce / D2C / Retail industry to manage end\-to\-end finance operations, taxation, compliance, MIS reporting, and business analysis. The candidate should be hands\-on, detail\-oriented, and capable of managing both strategic and operational finance work.

Key Responsibilities Accounting \& Reporting

Manage end\-to\-end accounting, ledger scrutiny, and monthly closing

Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, and monthly financial dashboards

Prepare and review P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements

Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping as per accounting standards

E\-commerce Finance Management

Handle Marketplace reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.)

Manage payment gateway reconciliation (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree etc.)

Monitor refunds, returns (RTO), claims, commissions, and settlement reports

Track channel\-wise performance, margins, and cost analysis

Taxation \& Compliance

Manage GST compliance (GSTR 1/3B, reconciliation, notices handling)

Manage TDS compliance and filing

Support in Income Tax return filing and assessments

Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance documentation

Budgeting \& Controls

Assist in annual budgeting \& forecasting

Improve internal controls, process automation \& cost optimization

Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and finance stakeholders

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory)

Experience in E\-commerce / D2C / Retail finance (Mandatory)

Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR

Expertise in Reconciliations (Marketplace / PG / Bank)

Good understanding of working capital, inventory, and vendor payments

Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)

Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience with multi\-channel e\-commerce operations

Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

Can handle deadlines \& work independently

Good communication and coordination skills

CTC: ₹16 LPA – ₹21 LPA (Based on experience \& skillset)
