Chat Customer Support Executive (Non voice BPO )

• *you'll work to resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms.**

• *Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one You'll report to Team Lead.**

• *You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.**

• *Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.**

• *Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment, including 24/7 operations.**

• *Willingness to work from the office.**

• *Preferably graduates; however, candidates with a minimum qualification of Class 12th and 1 year of relevant experience may also be considered.**

• *Candidates must not be currently pursuing any course or education.**

• *Candidates must fall within the approved salary budget.**

• *Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.**

Pay: ₹26,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
