Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality support.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Chat Process, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
