Job Summary

We are looking for a customer\-focused **Chat Support Executive** with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, a problem\-solving attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally through live chat and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through live chat and email.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and account\-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Respond to customer queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Meet performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution quality.
• Follow company policies, support guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum **1 year of experience in chat support, customer support, or a similar role**.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Strong problem\-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems.
• Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Customer\-oriented approach with patience and a professional attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in international chat process.
• Familiarity with live chat platforms, ticketing systems, or CRM tools.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
