• *Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and strategic **CFO** to lead the finance function, ensure financial stability, and support business growth through effective planning and decision\-making.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Overall supervision of **accounts \& finance operations**
• Manage **banking activities \& loan coordination** with financial institutions
• Handle **new/existing funding proposals \& credit rating processes**
• Oversee **audits, taxation (Income Tax, GST), and statutory compliance**
• Manage **ROC, CS\-related work, and regulatory filings**
• Ensure accurate **finalization of accounts \& financial statements**
• Monitor **cash flow, treasury, and fund management**
• Assist in **stock audits and banking compliance**
• Strengthen **internal systems (Tally/ERP)**
