Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• *CG Carbon India Pvt. Ltd**. is a growing manufacturer and exporter of coconut shell\-based activated carbon, serving customers across 40\+ countries. We are seeking an experienced and results\-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, strengthen financial governance, and support our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

.Develop and implement the company's financial strategies, policies, and long\-term financial plans.

.Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial performance analysis.

.Oversee accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit functions.

.Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, term loans, and treasury operations.

.Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, investment opportunities, and business expansion plans.

.Lead fundraising activities, strategic investment discussions, financial due diligence, and business valuations.

.Monitor profitability, product costing, operational efficiency, and financial risk.

.Strengthen internal financial controls, MIS reporting, and ERP\-based financial management systems.

.Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act provisions, Income Tax, GST, Ind AS, and other regulatory requirements.

.Report directly to the Managing Director and Board of Directors, presenting financial performance, business plans, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

.Lead, guide, and develop the Finance \& Accounts team.

.Qualification \& Experience

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

.Experience: Minimum 5 years of post\-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and financial management after obtaining the Chartered Accountant qualification.

.Indian Work Experience: Prior professional experience in India, particularly in financial management, taxation, banking, and statutory compliance, will be an added advantage.

.Experience in senior finance leadership roles will be preferred.

.Prior experience in manufacturing or export\-oriented businesses will be an advantage.

.Strong knowledge of financial planning, banking, taxation, working capital management, and statutory compliance.

.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
