• *Job Summary**

Concept Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and strategic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead our Finance function and contribute to the company's long\-term growth and business excellence.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.

· Manage financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, and cash flow.

· Ensure statutory, regulatory, and legal compliance.

· Develop financial policies, controls, and risk management frameworks.

· Drive profitability through financial analysis and business insights.

· Coordinate with auditors, bankers, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

· Support the Board of Directors and senior management with strategic financial recommendations.

· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial performance monitoring.

· Lead and mentor the Finance \& Accounts team.
