• *JOB DESCRIPTION – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)**

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Fund Sourcing \& Fundraising**

\- Identify and develop funding sources, including banks, NBFCs, private equity, institutional investors and financial institutions.

\- Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives.

\- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders and financial partners.

\- Evaluate funding opportunities and negotiate favourable financing terms.

• *2\. Fund Management \& Financial Planning**

\- Oversee fund management, cash flow planning and working capital management.

\- Ensure optimum utilisation of funds across projects and business operations.

\- Develop financial strategies, budgets and long\-term financial forecasts.

\- Monitor financial performance, profitability and cost optimisation.

• *3\. IPO \& Capital Market Activities**

\- Lead and manage IPO readiness and listing processes.

\- Coordinate with investment bankers, merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors and regulatory authorities.

\- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, Companies Act and applicable financial reporting standards.

\- Manage due diligence, financial restructuring, valuation and documentation for IPO.

• *4\. Financial Leadership \& Compliance**

\- Oversee Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Auditing and Treasury functions.

\- Ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.

\- Establish strong financial controls, risk management and governance systems.

\- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Managing Director / Board.

• *Candidate Requirements**

\- CA / MBA Finance / CFA or equivalent professional qualification.

\- 15–20\+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Fundraising, Fund Management and Corporate Finance.

\- Proven track record in raising funds through debt and equity.

\- Strong exposure to IPO planning, execution and capital market activities.

\- Excellent knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, taxation and regulatory compliance.

\- Strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, PE funds and institutional investors.

\- Excellent leadership, negotiation and strategic decision\-making skills.

• *Additional Advantage**

\- Prior experience in the Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction industry will be an added advantage.

\- Exposure to real estate project financing, land acquisition funding, project cash flows and structured finance will be preferred.

\- Experience in managing large\-scale real estate funding and IPO processes will be highly desirable.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per month
