Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Oversee the complete Finance \& Accounts operations of the hospital.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and departmental cost control.
• Supervise hospital billing reconciliation, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, GST, and tax auditors and ensure timely audit completion.
• Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and regulatory compliances.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and internal financial controls.
• Review payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
• Analyze MIS reports and provide financial insights to management for decision\-making.
• Monitor vendor payments, procurement financial controls, and contract compliance.
• Ensure compliance with NABH financial documentation requirements and hospital policies.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, government authorities, and auditors.
• Support financial due diligence, taxation matters, and business expansion projects.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Finance \& Accounts team.
• Identify process improvements and implement financial best practices.
• Perform any other finance\-related duties assigned by the Management.

• *Key Skills**

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, MIS, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in ERP/Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Tally, SAP, or similar accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure financial integrity.

• *Qualification**

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
• 5–10\+ years of post\-qualification experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.

Pay: ₹36,194\.48 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
