Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Advise the CEO and senior management on financial planning, investment opportunities, and business growth initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability improvement programs.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain effective financial controls and reporting systems.
• Oversee accounting operations, month\-end and year\-end closing, and financial documentation.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury functions to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and all other statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and government authorities.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, risk management practices, and corporate governance standards.
• Lead internal and external audits and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and financial performance improvements.
• Mentor and develop the finance and accounts team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to senior management to achieve organizational goals and sustainable business growth.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
