Chief Financial Officer

• *Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and monthly/annual closures.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and other financial regulations.
• Monitor company expenses, profitability, revenue, and cost optimization.
• Manage taxation, audits, banking relationships, and financial risk.
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Supervise the Accounts \& Finance team and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Coordinate with management on financial performance, MIS reports, and strategic decisions.
• Establish internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Manage working capital, investments, and fund allocation.

• *Required Qualifications \& Experience:**

• CA / CMA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 8–12\+ years of experience in Accounts \& Finance, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial planning, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision\-making skills.

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹140,000\.00 per month
