We are seeking an experienced and strategic \*\*Chief Financial Officer (CFO)\*\* with a strong background in the \*\*real estate industry\*\*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, planning, compliance, reporting, fundraising, and risk management while supporting business growth and profitability. Candidates \*\*must have prior experience in real estate or property development\*\*.

\* Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

\* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

\* Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.

\* Manage project finance, construction finance, and real estate investment analysis.

\* Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, investors, and auditors for funding and financial matters.

\* Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance across multiple developments.

\* Ensure compliance with taxation, corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.

\* Develop financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworks.

\* Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior management.

\* Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment opportunities where applicable.

\* Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.

Required Qualifications

\* MBA (Finance , Post Graduation is an added advantage.

\* 15–20\+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant leadership experience in the real estate sector.

\* Proven expertise in project finance, budgeting, financial planning, taxation, and statutory compliance.

\* Strong understanding of real estate financial models, land acquisition, project costing, and funding structures.

\* Experience working with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.

\* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

\* Strategic financial planning and decision\-making.

\* Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Pay: 30 \- 40 Lakhs PA

Pay: ₹3,000,000\.00 \- ₹4,000,000\.00 per year
