Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the overall financial management of Sathyam Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, taxation, compliance and financial strategy while supporting business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial performance.
• Develop financial strategies to support business expansion and profitability.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, auditing and statutory compliance.
• Manage banking relationships, fundraising and investor relations.
• Establish internal financial controls and cost management systems.
• Prepare and present financial reports, MIS and performance dashboards to management.
• Monitor financial risks and ensure effective risk management.
• Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency across business units.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Support the Managing Director in strategic business and investment decisions.

Required Qualifications

• CA / CPA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10\+ years of experience in finance and accounts leadership roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, agriculture or retail industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, auditing and compliance.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial modelling and cash flow management.
• Proven experience in managing finance teams and multiple business operations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and strategic decision\-making skills.

Pay: ₹75,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
