Job Description: Chief Manager (Proprietary HR \- Tied Agency) at Axis Max Life Insurance

The Chief Manager for Proprietary HR in the Growth Channels division will oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of talent within the agency. This role is crucial in aligning the HR strategies with the company's goals and ensuring that the sales teams are equipped with the right resources and support to achieve their targets. The Chief Manager will spearhead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, training, and performance management, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the goals of the Tied Agency sales teams.
• Manage the recruitment process, ensuring that the agency is staffed with qualified and motivated individuals.
• Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of agency personnel.
• Drive performance management processes to ensure accountability and drive results.
