Chief Physiotherapist \& Operations Manager

3 clinics: JP Nagar \| Jayanagar \| BTM Layout

₹45,000 – ₹50,000/month \+ performance incentives

What you'll do

Clinical

\- Lead and mentor the physiotherapy team across all branches

\- Maintain treatment standards and run in\-house training

\- Handle complex orthopaedic and sports cases

Operations

\- Manage staff schedules and coverage across 3 branches

\- Track clinic performance: patient flow, retention, conversions

\- Handle patient escalations and feedback

\- Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams

Requirements

\- BPT \+ MPT (Ortho/Sports preferred)

\- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience

\- Experience leading or supervising a team

\- Very good communication skills: confident with patients, staff and management

\- Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada

\- Able to make decisions independently

\- Immediate joiners preferred
