Chief Technology Officer (IN)– Job Description
We are an early\-stage tech startup building an innovative AI\-powered SaaS platform for remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) therapy. Our solution combines real\-time video streaming, IoT device integration, and advanced AI to deliver scalable, high\-quality remote behavioral therapy and data\-driven insights.
As CTO, you will be a key member of the founding team and own the entire technology vision, architecture, and execution. You will lead the development of a secure, reliable, and scalable platform that enables remote therapy sessions while leveraging AI for session intelligence and IoT for objective behavioral data collection.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the AI\-driven SaaS platform·
- Architect real\-time streaming infrastructure for high\-quality, low\-latency video/audio sessions·
- Lead integration of IoT devices for collecting behavioral and physiological data·
- Oversee development of AI/ML models for therapy analytics, progress tracking, and intelligent recommendations·
- Ensure the platform meets strict security, privacy (HIPAA/GDPR), and compliance standards·
- Build and lead a high\-performing engineering team·
- Make strategic technology decisions balancing speed, scalability, and reliability
- 8\+ years of experience in building scalable SaaS platforms, with at least 3 years in a leadership/CTO role (ideally in healthtech or edtech)
- Strong expertise in \*\*real\-time streaming technologies\*\* (WebRTC, Mediasoup, or similar)·
- Hands\-on experience with \*\*IoT integration\*\* and device data pipelines·
- Deep knowledge of \*\*AI/ML\*\* applications, particularly in computer vision, speech analysis, or behavioral analytics·
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP preferred) and modern backend/frontend stacks·
- Passion for healthcare technology and improving access to behavioral therapy·
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills

Pay: ₹95,285\.00 \- ₹114,369\.00 per month
