We are seeking a visionary and execution\-focused **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead the development of **next\-generation drone systems integrated with advanced camouflage materials**. This role will drive end\-to\-end technology strategy—from **R\&D and system architecture to scalable deployment**.

You will work at the intersection of **aerospace, material science, and product engineering**, building innovative solutions with real\-world applications.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Define and lead the **overall technology vision and roadmap**
• Architect and oversee **drone system design and integration**
• Drive innovation in **camouflage technologies integrated with flight systems**
• Ensure seamless alignment between **hardware, materials, and software systems**
• Lead cross\-functional teams including **R\&D, product engineering, and data teams**
• Oversee **prototyping, testing, and scalable production**
• Establish best practices for **performance, safety, and reliability**
• Collaborate with stakeholders for **strategic partnerships and product deployment**

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in **Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or related field**
• Proven experience in **drone/UAV systems, robotics, or advanced hardware systems**
• Strong expertise in **system architecture and integration**
• Experience leading **technical teams and product development cycles**
• Deep understanding of **flight systems, sensors, and control mechanisms**

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with **camouflage technologies, stealth systems, or adaptive materials**
• Knowledge of **embedded systems, IoT, and real\-time data processing**
• Familiarity with **defense, surveillance, or industrial drone applications**
• Prior experience in **startup or deep\-tech environments**
