As we scale, we are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, product innovation, and platform development.
Role Overview
The CTO will be responsible for building and scaling Restocare's technology ecosystem, driving product innovation, managing engineering teams, and ensuring our platform remains secure, reliable, and scalable.
This is a leadership role requiring a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and startup execution capability.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Leadership
- Define and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap.
- Align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
Product Development
- Oversee the development of web and mobile applications.
- Improve platform performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Drive rapid product iteration based on customer feedback.
Team Management
- Build and lead a high\-performing engineering team.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top technical talent.
- Establish engineering best practices and development standards.
Platform Architecture
- Design scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Implement secure and reliable backend systems.
- Ensure high platform uptime and performance.
Data \& AI Strategy
- Develop analytics dashboards and business intelligence systems.
- Explore AI\-driven workforce matching and service optimization.
- Leverage automation to improve operational efficiency.
Security \& Compliance
- Ensure data privacy and security standards.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with founders, product teams, operations, and investors.
- Participate in strategic planning and fundraising discussions.
- Present technology updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7\+ years of software development experience.
- 3\+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and scaling technology products.
- Experience with startup or high\-growth environments.
