Mochan Foods is looking for an experienced Chocolate Production Manager to lead the production of Kunafa Chocolates and other premium confectionery products at our Kolkata facility.
\* Manage daily chocolate production operations.
\* Develop and improve Kunafa chocolate recipes.
\* Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
\* Supervise production staff and factory operations.
\* Optimize production efficiency and reduce wastage.
\* Coordinate raw material and inventory requirements.
\* 3–5\+ years of experience in chocolate/confectionery manufacturing.
\* Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and production processes.
\* Experience in premium or specialty chocolates preferred.
\* Leadership and team management skills.
