The role requires identifying the root cause of issues, classifying them as app or service\-related, and collaborating with relevant teams to provide quick onsite resolutions. The candidate must coordinate with internal functions to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and ensure **customer satisfaction and operational excellence** in the EV charging ecosystem.
