City Engineer

• *Position:** City Engineer– EV Infrastructure

• *Job Description:**

As part of **Kazam’s Service Team**, the Service Engineer will independently handle one or more EV product groups, ensuring timely and expert service support. The role requires identifying the root cause of issues, classifying them as app or service\-related, and collaborating with relevant teams to provide quick onsite resolutions. The candidate must coordinate with internal functions to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and ensure **customer satisfaction and operational excellence** in the EV charging ecosystem.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• On\-field role responsible for **installation, commissioning, and maintenance** of EV chargers and related electrical systems at client locations.
• Deliver **basic operational training** to clients during installations.
• Provide **efficient product support** and ensure **preventive maintenance** is conducted at regular intervals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve **EV charger, networking, and power\-related issues** to minimize downtime.
• Report all maintenance and service activities promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Follow **Kazam’s field service standards, safety, and operational policies**.
• Maintain an adequate stock of **spare parts and EV components** for service efficiency and should know Vendor Management

• *Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Diploma or Degree in **Electrical/Electronics(**electrical or electronics subjects).
• Minimum **3 to 5 years of experience** in service, maintenance, or field support (EV industry preferred).
• Strong **troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving** abilities.
• Knowledge of **EV chargers, power electronics, RS\-485/Modbus communication, and CMS/EMS platforms** is a plus.
• Self\-driven, multitasking, and excellent **communication and organizational skills**.

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹400,000\.00 per year
