• *Job Purpose**

To manage and drive the overall performance of Almond House retail outlets within the assigned city, ensuring sales growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, team performance, and adherence to company standards.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Store Operations:** Oversee daily operations of retail outlets within the assigned city and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
• **Sales \& Business Performance:** Achieve sales targets, improve revenue, monitor outlet performance, and drive profitability.
• **Team Management:** Lead store managers and frontline staff, manage manpower deployment, and ensure effective team performance.
• **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock availability, replenishment, inventory accuracy, product expiry, and wastage control.
• **Customer Experience:** Maintain high service standards, resolve escalated customer complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
• **Visual Merchandising:** Ensure attractive product displays, appropriate product assortment, and consistent brand presentation.
• **Financial Control:** Monitor operating expenses, cash handling, billing, sales reconciliation, and cost control.
• **Compliance \& Hygiene:** Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• **Reporting:** Track outlet\-wise sales, operational KPIs, and team performance, and submit regular reports to management.
• **Business Development:** Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve store productivity, and strengthen local market performance.

• *Educational Qualification**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, Hospitality, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

• *Experience \& Skills**

• Relevant experience in retail operations and multi\-store management.
• Experience in food retail, confectionery, sweets, FMCG, or hospitality retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales management, analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and travel within the assigned city as required.

Pay: ₹900,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
