Job Summary

Sethia Infrastructure is seeking a skilled Civil Draughtsman with experience in preparing detailed construction drawings for residential, commercial, redevelopment, and SRA projects. The candidate should possess strong technical drafting skills and the ability to coordinate with architects, structural consultants, project managers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, working drawings, and shop drawings.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and project teams.
• Revise drawings as per site requirements and consultant feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, DCPR regulations, and construction standards.
• Maintain drawing registers and document control records.
• Assist in quantity estimation and drawing\-related technical clarifications.
• Support project execution teams with accurate and timely drawings.
• Participate in site visits for verification and drawing updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship.
• Certification in AutoCAD preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential high\-rise buildings.
• Exposure to redevelopment and SRA projects in Mumbai.
• Experience working with real estate developers or construction companies.
• Knowledge of RCC detailing and construction methodologies.
