Civil Engineer

TAAC CBSE School, Coimbatore, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in construction, interior design, and architectural aesthetics. The ideal candidate should have experience working with reputed construction or similar organizations.

The candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to deliver high\-quality infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction, renovation, and infrastructure development projects.
• Ensure high standards of construction quality, structural safety, and finishing.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of interior design, space planning, colour combinations, materials, and modern architectural aesthetics.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality execution.
• Evaluate architectural drawings, layouts, designs, and material specifications.
• Suggest innovative, visually appealing, and cost\-effective infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, material quality, and contractor performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee interior finishing works, including flooring, lighting, false ceilings, painting, and furniture installations.
• Ensure that school infrastructure is functional, aesthetically appealing, child\-friendly, and aligned with institutional standards.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project execution.
• Candidates with experience in reputed construction companies or similar large\-scale real estate and infrastructure organizations will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior design, architectural aesthetics, and modern construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction materials, finishing standards, and quality control.
• Excellent project management, vendor coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering aesthetically superior projects.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
