Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Senior Civil Engineer with 5–15 years of experience in high\-rise residential apartment construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day\-to\-day construction activities for high\-rise residential apartment projects.
• Ensure execution of RCC structures, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and finishing works as per approved drawings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within निर्धारित timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and site supervisors.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with construction specifications.
• Review structural and architectural drawings and resolve site\-related technical issues.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and contractor activities efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor material consumption, billing, BOQ, and measurement records.
• Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and engineering standards.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• Strong experience in high\-rise residential apartment projects is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of RCC structures, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction project documentation.
• Strong leadership, site management, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple construction activities and meet project deadlines.

Compensation

• *₹70,000 – ₹85,000 per month**, depending on experience, technical expertise, and suitability for the role.
