Civil Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, managing site operations, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the specified timeline.

Key Responsibilities

\* Supervise daily construction activities and manage site operations.

\* Ensure that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.

\* Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and work progress at the site.

\* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.

\* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

\* Ensure the availability of construction materials and avoid material shortages.

\* Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

\* Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.

\* Read and interpret civil drawings and resolve site\-related technical issues.

\* Coordinate with the project manager and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

\* Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

\* Relevant experience in construction and site supervision.

\* Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, quantity estimation, and site execution.

\* Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.

\* Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
