Civil Engineer

• *Job Responsibilities:**

Supervise and execute all external development works including roads, storm water drains, sewer lines, water supply, boundary walls, paving, and landscaping works.

• Ensure all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with QA/QC procedures and project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth site execution and timely completion of work.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimations, measurements, contractor bills, and work progress reports.
• Monitor daily site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with MEP and utility teams for proper execution and integration of external infrastructure services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and quality norms, while minimizing rework and material wastage.

• *Qualification \& Experience:**

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure development, and external development works.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of roads, storm water drains, sewer lines, water supply, boundary walls, paving, and landscaping works.
• Additional Skills: Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, contractor billing, site supervision, quality control, and project execution.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
