Civil Engineer

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Site Engineer to manage on\-site technical and operational aspects of construction projects. The candidate will supervise day\-to\-day operations, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to deliver projects within budget and schedule.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Site Supervision:** Supervise daily on\-site construction work, labor productivity, and site progress.
• **Technical Compliance:** Ensure construction adheres to approved drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• **Material Management:** Organize construction materials, check quality, and manage inventory efficiently.
• **Safety \& Quality:** Enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining high\-quality standards and housekeeping.
• **Documentation:** Prepare daily/weekly site reports, maintain records, and update project managers on milestones.
• **Coordination:** Act as a liaison between subcontractors, designers, and suppliers.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or mechanical field or engineering field.
• **Experience:** 5–10\+ years of experience in construction site management.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, reading structural drawings, and surveying equipment.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong communication, problem\-solving, and team management skills.
