• *Role Overview**We are seeking a detail\-oriented and structurally sound Civil Engineer to lead the technical execution, site assessment, and structural installation of our high\-end, large\-scale luxury lighting fixtures and monumental art installations. You will work closely with our product design team, traditional master artisans, and premier architectural clients to ensure that complex design concepts are safely translated into physical structural spaces.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Structural Assessment \& Engineering:** Evaluate project site conditions (ceilings, beams, facades) to analyze load\-bearing capacities for heavy, custom blown\-glass and metal installation frameworks.
• **Site Execution \& Supervision:** Coordinate on\-site civil and minor structural work alongside premium interior designers, project managers, and specialized contractors.
• **Technical Integration:** Review 2D/3D design schematics to develop robust, safe, and discreet anchoring systems, scaffolding, and mounting hardware for complex spatial layouts.
• **Project Documentation:** costing estimation for installation materials, and daily site safety progress reports.
• **Quality \& Safety Assurance:** Perform precision site marking and layout calculations, managing risk mitigation protocols to protect delicate artisan materials during the structural phase.

• *Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• **Experience:** 1–3 years of on\-site project management or civil coordination experience, ideally with high\-end luxury interiors,, commercial fit\-outs, or architectural facades.
• **Software Proficiency:** familiarity with reading 2D \& 3D models (Rhino/3ds Auto Cad) is a major advantage.
• **Core Competencies:** Excellent communication skills to interact with high\-net\-worth clients, top\-tier architects.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹46,000\.00 per month
