Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge of civil construction, project execution, quality assurance, quantity estimation, and site supervision. The candidate will ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while maintaining high\-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain progress reports.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate procurement for timely material availability.
• Prepare BOQs and quantity take\-offs from drawings.
• Verify contractor measurements and billing.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and maintain quality documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Maintain site records, DPRs, inspection reports, and as\-built documentation.
• Promote safe working practices and comply with HSE guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1–2 years of professional experience.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of RCC, structural work, masonry, finishing work, and concrete technology.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and structural layouts.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing.
• Understanding of IS Codes, NBC, and construction standards.
• Basic knowledge of surveying and leveling.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
