We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, quality standards, safety compliance, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local building codes.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Track project costs and prepare financial reports.
- Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues that arise during project execution.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely project completion within approved budget and scope.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional engineering license (if applicable).
- 5\+ years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Experience managing commercial, residential, industrial, road, bridge, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management and construction software.

- PMP certification.
