Job Title: **PMC Civil Site Engineer**

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **PMC Civil Site Engineer** to oversee civil construction activities for a pharma API manufacturing plant project.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
6–8 years of experience in industrial or pharmaceutical plant construction.
Experience working with PMC, EPC contractors, or industrial construction projects is preferred.
Knowledge of civil construction practices, QA/QC procedures, and site coordination.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day\-to\-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, architects, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and report progress regularly.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with applicable standards and project specifications.
Verify measurements, review contractor bills, and monitor material usage.
Identify and resolve site\-related technical issues.
Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health \& Safety) requirements and site safety procedures.
Attend project review meetings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and construction resources for efficient execution.
Support project documentation, inspections, and handover activities.
