Civil Supervisor/ Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced **Civil Supervisor / Civil Engineer** to oversee site execution and lead project coordination. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between site workers, contractors, project managers, and clients, ensuring that construction activities run smoothly, adhere to safety standards, and are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities1\. Site Execution \& Supervision

• Supervise day\-to\-day site operations, construction activities, and subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to architectural and structural drawings.
• Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and material usage to prevent wastage and defects.
• Inspect work progress regularly and address any technical roadblocks or site issues immediately.

2\. Project Coordination \& Planning

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and procurement teams to align site activities with the master project schedule.
• Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and labor/material tracking records.
• Assist in material take\-offs, indenting, and managing inventory levels at the site.

3\. Health, Safety \& Compliance

• Enforce strict site safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all workers.
• Conduct regular safety briefings/tool\-box talks and ensure compliance with local building codes and labor laws.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• **Education:** Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• **Experience:** 3 to 7 years of hands\-on experience in site supervision and project coordination for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• **Skills:**
• Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies, bar bending schedules (BBS), and surveying.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict\-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, CAD drawings, and Microsoft Office / project management tools.
• Valid driving license or ability to travel to construction sites as required.
