For this reason, we are looking for a highly capable **Claude AI Expert Volunteer** who can help us use AI intelligently to accelerate the building of the organization.
Role Overview
We are not simply looking for a “prompt engineer.”
We are looking for someone who can use Claude AI as a powerful working partner to help build the foundational systems, communication materials, research structures, visual presentation, and organizational documentation required for a growing social organization.
This role is extremely important because, in the beginning stage of an organization, hundreds of important things need to be built simultaneously, including:

- Concept writeups
- Organizational blueprint
- Research\-backed frameworks

ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Documentation \& Structure
- Help create strong research\-backed organizational writeups
- Develop concept notes, mission documents, vision drafts, and organizational blueprints
- Structure policies, volunteer documents, frameworks, and foundational documentation
- Assist in preparing required drafts related to legal and operational processes
AI\-Assisted Research \& Knowledge Development
- Conduct deep research using Claude AI
- Organize complex ideas into structured, understandable documents
- Build knowledge systems and research libraries for the organization
- Help convert broad vision into actionable frameworks
Communication \& Public Presentation
- Create professional and impactful written communication
- Develop website\-ready content

AI Workflow Development
- Build efficient AI usage systems for the organization
- Help volunteers and leadership effectively use Claude AI and related tools
- Create reusable prompt systems and operational frameworks
- Increase productivity and reduce foundational workload using AI intelligently
