Mandatory Skills

✅ Strong experience with Cleo Integration Platforms

✅ Hands\-on experience with Cleo Cockpit / B2B Cloud Administration

✅ Expertise in EDI Standards (X12, EDIFACT)

✅ Data Mapping \& Transformations

✅ Integration Security (TLS/mTLS, Certificates, Key Management)

✅ APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML

✅ Integration Patterns (Batch \& Real\-Time)

✅ Strong Troubleshooting \& Debugging Skills

✅ Leadership, Stakeholder Management \& Mentoring Experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of integrations using Cleo (CIC / Cockpit)

Own end\-to\-end delivery of EDI, file\-based, and API integrations

evelop and manage EDI mappings (X12 / EDIFACT – 204, 210, 214, etc.)

Configure AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S, APIs, and related communication protocols

Handle webhooks, callbacks, and real\-time integrations

Troubleshoot integration and data\-related issues

Ensure monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms are in place

Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers

Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance

Support production deployments, cutover activities, and hypercare

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions
