Client Account Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor BGV operations, TAT, SLAs, and service quality.
• Handle client queries, escalations, and timely resolutions.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, and technical teams.
• Conduct client review calls and provide portal training when required.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in BGV.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and email management skills.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
