Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Client Acquisition Specialist / Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, and drive company growth through effective sales and client acquisition strategies.

• *Please note that for the first 2 months, it will be a completely commission\-based role, and, based on performance, it will be converted to full\-time payroll starting in the 4th month.**

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow\-ups
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain strong client relationships for long\-term business growth
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate reports in CRM/tools
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

• *Requirements**

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship\-building abilities
• Experience in business development, sales, or client management preferred
• Self\-motivated and target\-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• *Compensation**

Salary will be offered as per industry standards, based on experience and skills. Performance\-based incentives may be applicable.
