• *About the Role**

We are looking for a results\-driven **Client Delivery \& Account Manager** who combines strong Agile/Scrum delivery capabilities with account management ownership. In this role, you will lead cross\-functional technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high\-quality digital solutions, while acting as the primary relationship owner to drive client satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Project Delivery \& Agile Leadership:** Manage end\-to\-end project lifecycles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, Retrospectives), and optimize team velocity using tools like Jira or Confluence.
• **Account \& Revenue Ownership:** Own the commercial health of the account, track revenue against targets, identify upsell/cross\-sell opportunities, and manage contract renewals to minimize churn.
• **Client Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
• **Cross\-Functional Team Coordination:** Lead and guide development, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and security protocols.
• **Risk \& Governance:** Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and maintain performance dashboards.

• *What We're Looking For**

• 4\+ years of hands\-on experience in IT project management within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC, DevOps, and cloud\-based environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• A consultative, commercially minded approach with strong experience managing client relationships, renewals, or account growth.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
