The Strategist position is part of the broader Global Client Insights team (GCI)**, in the Sales organization**. Our team focuses on driving **revenue growth among our largest enterprise accounts and driving** innovation in the products, tools, and insights that help our Sales teams succeed. We collaborate across Indeed – including Sales, Product, Client Success, Finance, and Marketing – to identify **data\-driven** strategies that improve client performance, enhance value, and support **revenue** growth.
As a Strategist, you will serve as both an insight creator and a strategic partner. You’ll turn raw data into compelling narratives, support a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts, and help drive scalable insight innovation across the org. This is a highly visible, cross\-functional role where you will work closely with Sales leaders and directly influence client strategy and revenue outcomes.

- **Data Analysis and Insights:** Review, interpret, and integrate raw data from multiple sources (product, sales performance, campaign data). Leverage advanced tools and AI to analyze datasets and transform complex data points into creative, compelling insights.
- **Executive Storytelling:** Develop persuasive, data\-driven narratives that highlight business impact, drive client value, and influence action among both internal and external mid\-to\-senior executive decision\-makers.
- **Enterprise Account Strategy:** Collaborate directly with Sales and Client Success partners to support a defined book of business. Identify new areas of opportunity, address performance gaps, and deliver custom insights aligned with client goals.
- **Problem Solving:** Translate client needs, pain points, challenges, and feedback into actionable, tailored strategies that demonstrate ROI and drive long\-term value.
- **Cross\-Functional Leadership:** Participate in and manage strategic internal projects requiring partnership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
- **Insight Innovation:** Proactively contribute to the evolution of our insight methodologies and narrative development across different industry verticals and geographic regions. Ideate and cultivate innovative data\-driven approaches to solve complex client problems.
- *Skills/Competencies**

- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in analytics, developing insights, and driving strategy within fields such as technology, media, consulting, sales,marketing; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
- **Experience:** Practical experience in analytics, developing insights, and driving strategy within fields such as technology, media, consulting, sales,marketing, etc..
- **Client\-Facing:** Proven track record of delivering data\-led insights to mid\-to\-senior level clients(internal/ external). You are experienced in "reading a room," articulating key messages concisely, and building client\-facing stories that influence decision\-making and demonstrate ROI.
- **Communication:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, sound business acumen with a unique ability to translate dense, technical data into easily digestible and compelling narratives.
- **Analytical Rigor:** Demonstrated data problem\-solving and data modeling experience. You are comfortable interpreting large, multi\-source datasets, with specific experience in analyzing customer, market, competition, search performance and brand measurement data.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in **SQL**, **Excel**, **PowerPoint**, and data visualization tools like **Tableau** (or similar platforms).
- **Collaboration:** You are a proven self\-starter who operates seamlessly across a variety of teams and functions. You thrive in fast\-paced, ambiguous environments and can execute effectively across multiple concurrent projects without missing deadlines.

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint.
