Client Relation Executive

Job Summary

Avalon Productions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and proactive Client Relations Executive with strong communication, pitching, and client\-handling skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of connecting with potential clients, presenting our services, understanding business requirements, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

\- Identify and connect with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

\- Pitch the company's services to businesses, brands, entrepreneurs, and other potential clients.

\- Communicate with clients through calls, meetings, emails, and other professional channels.

\- Understand client requirements, business goals, project expectations, and budgets.

\- Discuss project details, explain service offerings, and present suitable solutions based on client needs.

\- Prepare and deliver service presentations, proposals, quotations, and pitches.

\- Follow up with potential clients, negotiate project terms, and assist in closing deals.

\- Coordinate with internal teams to communicate client requirements and ensure smooth project execution.

\- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services.

\- Maintain client records, lead status, meeting updates, and follow\-up reports.

Required Skills

\- Strong pitching, presentation, and convincing skills.

\- Confidence in communicating with clients and discussing business requirements.

\- Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship\-building abilities.

\- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable services.

\- A proactive attitude with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

\- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

\- Experience in client relations, sales, business development, digital marketing, advertising, media production, or a creative agency is an advantage.

\- Freshers with excellent communication and pitching skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 per month
