Job Description

Sha Interface Interiors is a growing interior design firm based in Hyderabad, delivering premium residential interior solutions with a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and customer experience.

We're looking for a confident **Client Relations Executive** who will serve as the communication bridge between our interior designers and our international clients. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional spoken English, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust with clients both in person and over the phone.

As many of our clients are based overseas, **clear, fluent communication with a natural American english accent is an essential requirement** to ensure smooth collaboration and a professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with our designers and management team to

  • Welcome and assist clients visiting our office
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
  • Coordinate communication between designers and international clients
  • Schedule meetings, consultations, and project discussions
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients
  • Provide project updates and maintain positive client relationships
  • Answer client queries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and internal documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project communication
  • Represent Sha Interface Interiors with professionalism and confidence at all times

Required Skills \& Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • A natural American english accent
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Confidence speaking with international clients over phone and video calls
  • Professional etiquette and client\-handling ability
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Strong organizational and follow\-up skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A disciplined, punctual, and responsible work ethic

Freshers with outstanding communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

The following will be considered an advantage but not essential

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • BA English, BBA, MBA, B.Com, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
  • Experience in customer service, front office, hospitality, sales, client support, international voice process, or relationship management
  • Experience interacting with overseas clients
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
