Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Client Relationship Manager (CRM)** to manage and grow relationships with our domestic and International clients across Digital Marketing services.
This role requires someone who can act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, high client satisfaction, and long\-term account growth. The ideal candidate should have experience handling Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and related service portfolios.
Location: Noida (Sector 62\) – Work From Office
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Design, Development, and other internal teams
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, follow\-ups, and client communications
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross\-selling services
- Track project progress, escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Monitor account performance and prepare periodic reports and updates
- Support contract management, renewals, and payment follow\-ups
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client business objectives
- *Eligibility Criteria**
- Mandatory experience in Digital Marketing and IT Services industry
- Strong understanding of services such as SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, and related digital solutions
- Experience handling domestic clients and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem\-solving and relationship\-building abilities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings whenever required
