About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client\-focused professional to join our team as **Client Relationship Manager (Legal \& Corporate Services).**
The position acts as the primary bridge between clients, advocates, consultants, departments, operational teams, and management. The role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, coordinating legal and corporate matters, monitoring assignments, maintaining operational systems, and ensuring timely execution of client requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow\-up capabilities, professional coordination abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple legal, compliance, corporate, and advisory assignments simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across legal, litigation, corporate, compliance, advisory, and related services.
- Build and maintain strong long\-term client relationships.
- Handle client communications, updates, follow\-ups, queries, and service coordination.
- Ensure timely communication regarding case progress, project milestones, compliance requirements, deliverables, and next steps.
- Conduct client onboarding, information gathering, documentation collection, and service initiation processes.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, approvals, payments, instructions, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain high standards of professional communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, CRM systems, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate client meetings, consultations, reviews, and management discussions.
Legal \& Litigation Coordination
- Coordinate with advocates, legal teams, consultants, clerks, and external professionals regarding client matters.
- Track litigation, legal proceedings, hearings, filings, notices, and compliance deadlines.
- Maintain records of ongoing cases, legal assignments, legal opinions, agreements, notices, and regulatory matters.
- Follow up on pending legal requirements, court\-related updates, documentation, and client instructions.
- Assist in scheduling client consultations and legal review meetings.
- Ensure proper communication of legal developments and updates to clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal information, privileged communications, and sensitive documents.
- Coordinate documentation required for legal proceedings, registrations, filings, and regulatory submissions.
Corporate, Compliance \& Advisory Coordination
- Coordinate corporate compliance, registrations, licenses, filings, renewals, and regulatory assignments.
- Monitor service timelines and ensure completion of client assignments within committed schedules.
- Coordinate with various departments handling corporate, compliance, regulatory, taxation, intellectual property, and advisory services.
- Assist in tracking deliverables and compliance obligations of clients.
- Maintain service status reports and client activity records.
CRM, Data \& Systems Management
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, communications, service history, and project updates.
- Ensure all client interactions and follow\-ups are accurately recorded and retrievable.
- Maintain centralized databases, trackers, dashboards, and workflow management systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and proper record maintenance.
- Support implementation and maintenance of CRM, document management systems, and workflow software.
Documentation \& Records Management
- Maintain centralized repositories for legal, corporate, compliance, and operational documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, notices, legal communications, and official records.
- Track dispatch, receipt, acknowledgements, and document movements.
- Maintain structured digital archives and record retention systems.
- Ensure secure storage and controlled access to sensitive information and documents.
Internal Coordination \& Operations
- Coordinate between clients, legal teams, departments, consultants, and management.
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Escalate delays, risks, and operational bottlenecks to management.
- Support implementation of internal systems, workflows, and operational improvements.
- Assist management in maintaining organizational discipline, accountability, and service quality standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Degree in Law (LL.B.) or prior exposure to legal services will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent command of English and Malayalam.
- Professional drafting and correspondence abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, project management tools, and operational software.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience in legal offices, law firms, corporate services, compliance, operations, customer relations, administration, or project coordination will be preferred.
