At **Bonobology / Beyond Small Talk**, we are looking for a **Client Servicing Executive** who can communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone starting out and looking to build strong client\-facing skills in a fast\-growing, premium brand environment.

• *What you’ll do:**

• Handle client interactions across WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Understand client requirements and respond with clarity and warmth
• Coordinate internally with the team to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain client records and follow\-ups
• Support basic content/design needs using Canva

• *What we’re looking for:**

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident, well\-spoken, and presentable
• Basic Canva knowledge
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
