Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised **Client Servicing Executive** who can act as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal creative and marketing teams, managing project timelines and ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, briefs and business objectives.
• Coordinate with design, content, video editing and performance marketing teams to execute projects.
• Communicate project updates, timelines and deliverables to clients.
• Manage client feedback, revisions and approvals efficiently.
• Prepare and share content calendars, reports and project updates wherever required.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain strong, long\-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and explore additional services.
• Handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Skills \& Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Good organisational and time\-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Problem\-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an advertising, creative or digital marketing agency will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management or a related role.
• Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply.
